Selvatura Park has a zip line tour commonly called Canopy Tour!
Our zip line tour is unique in that it is built 100% in the cloud forest! On this tour visitors will cross through the unique cloud forest canopy suspended by a high capacity cable and using the best tools of mountaineering which combined generate an unforgettable experience. This tour not only combines the excitement of one of the safest adventures in Costa Rica and quoted, but it also offers an astonishing view of the cloud forest canopy, a prospect that could be appreciated only by scientists until recently. The tour begins in the main hall where visitors dress will be equipped and immediately be transported to the platform of education. On the platform of education our expert guides will instruct and establish the
guidelines necessary to successfully conclude our visitors
tour. Then visitors will be taken to the first platform to begin the tour. Visitors cross the forest canopy through three cable sections in which they have to make short walks between each section. During one of these walks they will come to the exciting Tarzan Swing where those with a sufficient sense of adventure will enjoy and experience the most of emociones.El Tarzan Swing is an extra activity included within the tour where our visitors are given the option of swinging in the woods tied to a string of high security with which they jump from a platform and experience the full adventure. After that our visitors continue the tour to get once more to land. The tour consists of 15 cables with 18 platforms and a Tarzan Swing. There are a total of 3.22
kilometers of cables. It is a tour for people of all ages although restrictions may apply to people with extreme overweight. It is recommended that those wishing to do the Canopy Tour wear long pants, hiking shoes and depending on weather conditions rain gear. This tour lasts approximately two hours.
